FY 2023 Guam NCHIP Supplemental Funding

Under this award, the Superior Court of Guam requests funds to improve the quality, completeness, and timeliness of Guam’s criminal history records by providing adequate resources to support the sharing of eligible records available to the FBI NCIC. Activities include:  converting Guam’s NCIC to the NIEM XML format, and upgrading Guam's Omnixx system for criminal history data exchange with the FBI NCIC. Expected outcomes include the improved local capacity to query FBI criminal history data instantly, continued technological capability to access and contribute to FBI NCIC Hot Files, and greater efficiency and functionality of criminal history data exchange to the FBI's NCIC.
