New Grants and Payment Management Systems Now Available

On October 15, 2020, the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) transitioned to the Justice Grants System (JustGrants) for all grants management activities and to the Department of the Treasury's Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP) system for grants payments. Applicants for federal assistance

All applications for funding must be submitted electronically. Information on how to apply for federal assistance, along with resources to help potential applicants navigate the application process, can be found on the Office of Justice Programs page for Applicant Resources.

Award recipients of federal assistance 

Performance Reporting

Award recipients receiving funds from BJS are required to report on the progress of grant activities. For additional guidance on performance reporting requirements and report templates for specific BJS programs, see:
