View BJS and OVC infographics on victim service providers
BJS and the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) collaborated to produce a series of infographics using data from the 2019 National Survey of Victim Service Providers (NSVSP). The NSVSP collects data from a nationally representative sample of programs and organizations that serve victims of crime or abuse. It compiles detailed information about the victim services field, including the range of services provided to victims, the types of organizations referring victims to victim service organizations, and where gaps in services exist. The statistics shown in the infographics are from the BJS statistical report, Services for Crime Victims, 2019.
