FY 2023 Campus Climate Survey

As part of the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization Act of 2022, 1161l 6. Online survey tool for campus safety directs that the Secretary of Education, in consultation with the Attorney General, the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and experts in domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and stalking, shall develop, design, and make available through a secure and accessible online portal, a standardized online survey tool regarding postsecondary student experiences with domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and stalking. The Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) seeks support to develop a survey instrument that can be used by the Department of Education to accomplish this work.
