BJS seeks a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst to serve as chief of its Planning, Management, and Budget Unit. Job duties include— 

• supervising and managing BJS's budget operations, including both budget formulation and execution 
• planning, establishing, and directing program, administrative and operational controls for workforce planning, solicitation development, Freedom of Information Act requests, travel and training expenses, and procurement and acquisition functions 
• reviewing, evaluating, and managing spending of programmatic and management and administration funds 
• establishing and managing performance analysis programs and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of administrative functions.
